Registration:

As usual, registration takes place by lottery pot.

Registration start: 06.05.2024, 6 am

End of registration: 17.05.2024, 6 pm

If places are still available after the registration deadline, they will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Registration fee: The registration fee per team is €35 (€30 for RG members)

Price adjustment: All women's devisons per team 29€, (24€ for RG members)

Solidarity surcharge:

If your finances are a little tight - no problem! The Roundnet Germany solidarity surcharge allows you to receive financial support for the tournament fee: Solidarity surcharge

Divisions:

We are also very happy to see new faces. Even if you have only played in the park so far, but would like to compete with other motivated players or just want to join us, the basic divisions are the right place for you.

The tournament system varies depending on the division size and will be determined after registration closes.

The game will be played on artificial turf. The wearing of iron cleats is not permitted.

Arrival:

You have the possibility to park directly in front of the sports field. However, as there are only a limited number of parking spaces available, we ask you to use public transportation. From the main station you can take bus 22 to the opposite bank of the Neckar (Aeulestraße) in 10 minutes and walk to the sports ground within a few minutes.

Catering:

A vegan lunch is included in the registration fee. 

Fruit and snacks will be available throughout the day. We also offer refreshing drinks for a small donation. If that's not enough for you, our club restaurant right next to pitch is open from 12-14 and from 18.

Timetable:

Saturday:

Registration & warm-up: from 9:00 a.m.

Start of play: 10:00 a.m.

Lunch break: approx. 1:00 p.m.  

End: 18:00 p.m.

Sunday:

Registration & warm-up: from 8:00 a.m.

Start of play: 9:00 a.m.

Lunch break: approx. 12:00 a.m. 

End: 17:00 p.m.

The schedule may change slightly

Sanitary facilities:

Toilets, showers and changing rooms are available on the sports field.

Payment deadline and cancellation conditions:

Teams are requested to transfer the tournament fee within 14 days of registration. Teams that have not paid within this period will be removed from the tournament and lose their starting place. Teams that move up or register at short notice (within the two-week period) before the tournament must transfer the fee within four working days.

A refund of the tournament fee is only possible if another team moves up.

Accommodation:

Camping will be possible next to the sports grounds. More information will follow.
